Conducted a user study for the University System of Maryland two library discovery tools, EDS (EBSCO Discovery Service) and Encore using Morae; the study provided recommendation and improvements for each tool.

Project | IPhone App Protoype
Developed an iPhone prototype using Axure for an Advanced Interaction Design course. The goal was to come up with our own creation based on some research to support and influence interaction decisions as well as to learn more about other products with similar project scope.

Project | Eye Tracking User Study
Conducted an exploratory study for an Advanced Information Architecture course using Tobbi Eye Tracking software; the exploratory study was conducted using NRECA's Grassroots website "Our Energy Our Future" Campaign.
