Project | ECBA Website Redesign
The Electric Cooperative Bar Association (ECBA) website redesign project was launched since it had not been evaluated since 2009. To inform the redesign effort a usability study and survey was conducted. The findings from the survey and user study identified key areas of improvements and provided recommendations for the design team to come up with the best designs for the ECBA’s website.

Project | Journey Map Workshop
The purpose of this workshop was to evaluate the talent journey map generated during the early phase of the product and to validate findings from the workshop conducted in October with other talent community users.
